From our conception, much about our physical appearance, from our eye color to our skin tone, is determined by our DNA.  As the blueprint of our bodies, the DNA controls much of our lives without us even thinking about it.  

Likewise, within the life of a community of believers, much of what a church will become and do is determined by the DNA with which it is established.

The DNA of FaithWay is founded on a clear mission and vision,  divine call and purpose, and unambiguous core values which are externally focused.  The programs and practices of ministry are intentionally outward focused and  determined by the culture of the mission field.
